Lixio is free to use. All core learning features are available without a subscription.
Lixio offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions for users who wish to support the app's development. Subscriptions are available in three tiers (Friend, Supporter, and Champion) with monthly, quarterly, and annual billing options. Subscription prices are displayed in the app before purchase.
Subscriptions are processed and managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods. For refund requests, please contact Apple or Google directly through their respective support channels.
Lixio is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that using Lixio will result in language proficiency or any specific learning outcomes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Lixio may integrate with third-party services (e.g., Google, Apple, payment processors). Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.
You may delete your account at any time through the app settings or by contacting us at support@lixio.app.
